Eleven S.PE.E.D. series vessels have been ordered, demonstrating confidence in our latest design and the culmination of a successful Seawork 2009 show at Southampton in June.

All have inboard diesel power and are complete ‘turn key’ solutions.

 

 

Hull 6 is for Carl Davies of North Wales, now named “Gwen-Paul-M of Deganwy” The mould sections have had the strengthening ribs bonded in place and the hull is now fully bonded. Prop tunnels installed. All bulkheads now fitted, deck beams and main deck in place. Engine room floors fitted with bilge pump wells. Forward crash bulkheads in place. Hatch frames fitted, wheelhouse fit-out completed. Skegs fitted to hull. Wheelhouse roof in place. Interior fit out and all wiring systems continuing. Engines have been fitted. Skeg shoes and rudders now in position. Deck and gunwales flow coated. Epoxy and anti-foul coatings. Hauler, stainless rails, radar etc and roof ladders fitted.

 

Vessel launched and initial trials completed on Saturday 13th August.

 

Further sea trials completed 16th August prior to customer handover
