The vessel is going to be used for potting and has a custom insert in the ring deck to allow for a roller system to be fitted. Offset to port the mid mounted wheelhouse allows for maximum deck space and a working table up forward. Hydraulics will be taken care of by an inboard diesel power pack and it has been fitted with an engine room compartment in the starboard hull to allow for this.

 

Powered by a pair of 40hp Evinrude E-Tec outboard engines max speed is 20knts, Kobelt controls were chosen, and once the forward table has been fitted a second helm position will be installed.

Delivered by road to Yorkshire shortly after the show the vessel is currently undergoing its final fit out and we will bring you news of her launch in a future newsletter.

 

Inboard engines can also be fitted to this hull design, we currently have an 8m inboard spec boat nearing completion in our workshop.
